Orders placed today ship the next business day. Weekends and holidays push that to the next day the post office is open — we will not quietly sit on it.

Singles are sleeved and toploaded. Slabs go in a graded card protector. Sealed product is bubble-wrapped and boxed. Everything ships with tracking, every time.

Carrier scans can lag a day or two, especially over a weekend. If it has not moved in three business days, message us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

We buy sealed through distribution. Nothing is pre-searched, resealed or swapped — not once, not ever. Anything a customer asks us to open is opened live on camera, straight out of the factory seal.

Graded slabs are listed with the grader and the certification number. You can verify any cert directly on PSA, CGC or BGS's own lookup before you buy.

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Reach out and you get the person who packed your order, not a ticket number.

All sales are final because we sell sealed collectibles whose market prices change. Damaged or missing items are different: see above, and we'll make it right.
